Marion O’Connor has rejoined Ocean View Realty Group as a Realtor Associate. Ocean View is at 1350A Ocean Shore Blvd. (House of Donuts Plaza) and has operated from the same location since 1991specializing in Ormond by the Sea sales and rentals. Ms. O’Connor was previously with Ocean View from 1998 until taking full time nursing position in 2002. Ms O’Connor, originally from Portland Maine, has over 30 years of nursing experience and will be responsible for sales and long-term leases for residential homes and condominiums. She will concentrate on the Ormond Beach and Ormond by the Sea area. Ms. O’Connor received her Florida Real Estate License in 1997 and has since split her time between nursing and real estate. She is a member of the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors.
