Real Estate Market update

Real Estate Market Update National Association of Realtors statistics for February, 2006 show Florida home sales trailing national sales of exhausting homes. Florida sales reported by the Florida Association were 20% lower than in February 2005. There was one sale closed for Ormond by the Sea condos in February. There are currently 89 Ormond by the Sea Condos for sale in MLS. In the entire Daytona Beach area 41 condo sales closed in January 2006 compared to 104 in January 2005. 413 condos were added to the market compared to 204 added last year.
