Five condos sold during the month of March 2010 in Ormond By The Sea, Florida through the Daytona Beach Multiple Listing Service.  Sold prices ranged from $76,900 for a one bedroom at the Spinnaker to $550,000 for a 3-bedroom at the direct oceanfront Capriana.  Here is the complete list of March 2010 Ormond By The Sea, Florida condos sold.

There were four Ormond By The Sea, Florida condos sold in March 2009, one in March 2008 and five in March 2007.  The March 2007 average sale price for a 2-bedroom across the street from the beach was $258,600.  The closest comparison sale in March 2010 would be the Villa Sereno sale at $125,000.  Indeed, as an example of how values have come down, the Gemini, which is directly on the beach, unit ($255,000 above) sold for less than the March 2007 average sale price for a condo across the street from the beach.

There are six condos under contract awaiting closing as of March 31, 2010.
