Former Valero gas station in Ormond By The Sea Florida being demolished The former Valero gas station in Ormond By The Sea Florida at the corner of Ocean Shore Blvd and Carol/Margaret roads is being demolished.  The canopy was removed early last year following many complaints about the unkept condition of the property.  Windows were boarded up at that time also.  The County code enforcement people were involved in getting unsafe conditions rectified.  The business has been closed for years.
