 Through the Daytona Beach Area Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 3 Plantation Bay Golf and Country Cub homes sold in November, 2010.  Additionally, there are 9 homes under contract waiting closing and 3 of those have lender involvement as either a short sale or foreclosure. The highest priced home sold was a 4-bedroom on Stone Lake Dr for $320,000 and the lowest priced was a 2-bedroom 2 bath on Bay Pointe Dr for $155,000.  None of the homes sold had lender involvement.
