Through the Daytona Beach Area Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 58 Plantation Bay Golf and Country Cub homes sold in 2010. This represents the highest volume of homes sold since 2005 when there were 59 sales.
One big difference other than the reduced values is that 13 of the 2010 sales involved a lender as either a short sale or foreclosure where in 2005 there was no bank involvement in any of the sales. Indeed, there were zero bank involved sales from 2000 to 2006, only 2 in 2007, 2 in 2008, and 7 in 2009.
