 Five condos sold in Ormond By The Sea, Florida during February, 2011 through the Daytona Beach Area Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS), three of which involved a lender.  That number is consistent with the 2010 average of 5.5 sales each month and is higher than February 2009 and 2010 during which there were only 2 sales each.  There are also 12 condos under contract pending sales closing and 5 of those involves a lender.
Of the 85 condos actively for sale on the market, 10 involve a lender.
