 Five condos sold in Ormond By The Sea, Florida during March, 2011 through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS), two of which involved a lender.  That number is consistent with the 2010 average of 5.5 sales each month.  March, 2009 had 4 sales and there were 5 sales in 2010.   
There are also 15 condos under contract pending sales closing and 8 of those involves a lender.
