Ocean View Realty Group has updated the Ormond By The Sea Florida Real estate market watch page on its web site to reflect March, 2011 activity.  Numbers of homes and condos for sale as of March 31, 2011 are indicated as well as the sales of Ormond By The Sea Florida homes and condos in January, 2011.   A new feature,  a Quarterly analysis chart of condo sales and another for home sales has been added. 

As always, you can see a breakdown of condos for sale by price range or by condo name.
