Seabridge North is a 65 unit Condominium complex built in 1994.

Seabridge North Condo consists of two 5 story buildings across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. each building has a centrally located elevator and all of the units have a view of the Atlantic Ocean, with higher floors having a more extensive view.
Ocean View has several rental units in both Seabridge North and Seabridge South condos and we have units on each floor. While some vacation renters prefer the higher floors to get the better ocean Views, many also prefer the convenience of the first floor.  Park near your entry door to bring in groceries without having to deal with the elevator.

Seabridge North Condo has a fresh water swimming pool and laundry facilities in each unit. Most of the units are 2 Bdrm, 2 Bath and are 936 Sq Ft. Some units are larger, approx. 1110 Sq Ft. Seabridge North also has 3 Bdrm 2 Bath units that are approx 1400 Sq Ft.  Small pets are allowed for owners. Minimum rental is weekly.

Seabridge has become a favorite Ormond Beach condo rental for many who return each year to enjoy all that Ormond By The Sea and Central Florida have to offer.
