Through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 3 Plantation Bay Golf and Country Club home sold in July, 2012.  None of the sales had lender involvement as either a short sale or foreclosure.  All of the sales were in the price ranges, between $160,000 and $292,464.  An additional 14 Plantation Bay homes are under contract awaiting closing and 3 of those involve a lender either a short sale or foreclosure.
