Additionally, there are 34 homes under contract waiting closing and 13 of those have lender involvement. The highest priced home sold was a 4 bedroom on John Anderson Dr.  for $957,500 and the lowest priced was a 2-bedroom 1 bath on Pinta St. for $60,000.  The number of sales is one of the lowest in past years.
