Nine (9) condos sold in Ormond By The Sea Florida during February, 2013 through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Two (2) of which involved a lender as a short sale or foreclosure. 
There are also nineteen (19) condos under contract pending sales closing and Six (6) of those
 involve a lender.

Through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 26 Ormond By The Sea Florida homes sold in February, 2013.  Six  (6) of the sales had lender involvement, either a short sale or foreclosure. Additionally, there are 34 homes under contract waiting closing and 12 of those have lender involvement. The highest priced home sold was a 3 bedroom on Sea Gull Dr.  for $282,000 and the lowest priced was a 2-bedroom 1 bath on Laurie Dr. for $59,000.

Where the good times roll.  Making people happy one drink at a time.  Stop in at Frank's place in Ormond by The Sea Florida for your favorite cocktail and enjoy the friendly atmosphere and staff.  All domestic beer is $2 a bottle and other than during special events there is a super special Sundays from 2 to 4PM when the price goes to $1.  

Entertainment at Frank's place includes live bands on Friday and Saturday nights beginning at 9 PM and Karaoke on Wednesday night at 8PM.

Things to do at Frank's place include pool, darts and gaming machines.  The Jukebox is also available when there is no live entertainment.  Also available are a cigarette, snack and ATM machines.  Smoking is allowed and there is bar and cocktail seating available.

Frank's place is located at 1544 Ocean Shore Blvd, Ormond beach Florida 32176, same building as the Dollar General store.  That is the former location of Jordan Hardware for those of you that were around town back then.  They are open daily 10 AM to 2 AM.  Happy hour is 4 to 7 and other drink specials and events are always being planned.

Al Raymondi, Broker and owner of Ocean View Realty Group was born in Quincy, MA and graduated from Quincy High School in 1963. He served the the U.S. Air Force including January to December 1966 at the 6924 Security Squadron in Danang Vietnam. Al worked for over 20 years at Blue Cross & BLue Shield of Mass. in Boston on the Medicare program for MA, ME, NH, and VT. He was married to the late Diane (McQuiggan, of Jamaica Plain, MA.) and lived in Quincy, Carver, and Brockton MA prior to relocating to Ormond Beach, FL in 1989. Al and Diane are the proud parents of Scott & Susan, both graduates of Brockton High School, Brockton, MA. Scott served the the Air Force for 4 years as a Jet Engine Mechanic at Langley AFB. He now resides in Palm Coast,FL and has 2 children, Scott Jr. & Samantha. Susan graduated Bridgewater State College, earned her CPA, and is currently residing in Huntington Beach Ca. with her husband Chris Haberl and their two sons, Max and Jake.  Scott Jr was in the US Navy and has a son Scott III and a daughter Hannah.  Al is the Broker for Ocean View Realty Group in Ormond By The Sea Florida. Al's brother Dan and sister Grace still reside in Quincy, Mass.
