There are 74 Homes for Sale in Ormond By The Sea, Florida through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors®  Multiple Listing Service (MLS) as of April 30, 2013.     An additional  36 homes are under contract awaiting closing.  As has been the case in recent months, lenders are pricing their properties more aggressively to get quicker sales.  Lenders are involved in 8 of the 75 homes for sale  but 10, almost half, of the 36 homes under contract.  Asking prices for Ormond By The Sea homes currently for sale range from $89,300 to $1,290,000.
The inventory of Ormond By The Sea Florida homes for sale has stabilized and that is a good indicator that the market may be getting back to a being more balanced between buyers and sellers.  There are investors waiting for the lower priced homes to come available and if homes come on the market at a reasonable price they are being sold quickly.  

  At the beginning of 2012 there were 25 Ormond By The Sea homes under contract and now there are 36, which is another good indicator for the health of the market.
