-Valentino’s restaurant has closed.  The former lovece restaurant building is once again for rent at 1064 Ocean Shore.

-McClain Insurance has moved from the Mall to 1010 Ocean Shore Blvd.

-The pool and spa store has moved from Ozzie Plaza to 1360 Ocean Shore Blvd.

-Star video has closed at 1452 Ocean Shore Blvd.

-TL’s Home & Garden Decor has opened at 1452 Ocean Shore Blvd.

-The S.R.Perrott building on west Granada has been sold.  The new owners plan to convert it to a self storage facility.
