An additional 12 homes are under contract awaiting closing and lenders are involved in 3 of these either as a short sale or foreclosure.  Lenders are involved in 1 of the 65 homes for sale . Asking prices for Ormond By The Sea homes currently for sale range from $160,000 to $1,695,000.
