Through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 28 Ormond By The Sea Florida homes sold in March 2017, one of the sales had lender involvement, either a short sale or foreclosure. Additionally, there are 4 homes under contract waiting closing and none of those have lender involvement. The highest priced home sold was a 4 bedroom on John Anderson for $620,000 and the lowest priced was a 2 bedroom on Alamanda Drive for $134,050.

There are 91 homes for sale in Ormond By The Sea Florida through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors®  Multiple Listing Service (MLS) as of March 31, 2017, 12 more than the end of last month. An additional 15 homes are under contract awaiting closing and lenders are involved in 2 of these either as a short sale or foreclosure. Lenders are involved in 1 of the 91 homes for sale . Asking prices for Ormond By The Sea homes currently for sale range from $154,500 to $2,499,000.

The inventory of Ormond By The Sea Florida homes for sale has stabilized, which is a good indicator that the market is back to a being more balanced between buyers and sellers. There are investors waiting for the lower priced homes to come available and if homes come on the market at a reasonable price they are being sold quickly. At the beginning of last year there were 85 Ormond By The Sea Florida homes for sale so the inventory has decreased since then and is remaining low.

Al Raymondi, Broker and owner of Ocean View Realty Group was born in Quincy, MA and graduated from Quincy High School in 1963. He served the the U.S. Air Force including January to December 1966 at the 6924 Security Squadron in Danang Vietnam. Al worked for over 20 years at Blue Cross & BLue Shield of Mass. in Boston on the Medicare program for MA, ME, NH, and VT. He was married to the late Diane (McQuiggan, of Jamaica Plain, MA.) and lived in Quincy, Carver, and Brockton MA prior to relocating to Ormond Beach, FL in 1989. Al and Diane are the proud parents of Scott & Susan, both graduates of Brockton High School, Brockton, MA. Scott served the the Air Force for 4 years as a Jet Engine Mechanic at Langley AFB. He now resides in Palm Coast,FL and has 2 children, Scott Jr. & Samantha. Susan graduated Bridgewater State College, earned her CPA, and is currently residing in Huntington Beach Ca. with her husband Chris Haberl and their two sons, Max and Jake.  Scott Jr was in the US Navy and has a son Scott III and a daughter Hannah.  Al is the Broker for Ocean View Realty Group in Ormond By The Sea Florida. Al's brother Dan and sister Grace still reside in Quincy, Mass.
