 Sunny Beach Club Condominium in Ormond-By-The-Sea, Florida is across the road from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean at 2730 Ocean Shore Blvd. at the corner of A1A and Sunny Beach Drive and offers 2 and 3 bedroom condos with fabulous ocean views. Sit on your private balcony and watch the beautiful Atlantic Ocean sunrise. Nothing is built on the ocean side of the road as is the case in this mostly residential area of Ormond By The Sea. Route A1A (Ocean Shore Blvd) runs right along the no drive beach.  Public access to the beach is also very limited in this area. 

Sunny Beach Club Condominium is a 33 unit, 5 story complex built in 1990. The 2 bedroom condo units are about 936 Sq. Ft. and all units face the ocean. There are 3 bedroom units located at the center of the building.  It has a centrally located elevator and a freshwater swimming pool with easy access to the traffic-free beach. Sunny Beach Club features natural tropical landscaping around the pool area which is on the east (ocean) side of the building. Parking at the rear of the building is all open since the hurricanes of 2004 destroyed the carports. Each unit has one reserved parking space and there is ample guest parking.  The minimum rental is weekly and small pets are allowed.
