An additional 17 homes are under contract awaiting closing.  As has been the case in recent months, lenders are pricing their properties more aggressively to get quicker sales.  Lenders are involved in 7 of the 93 homes for sale . Asking prices for Ormond By The Sea homes currently for sale range from $99,900 to $1,345,000.
