Ocean View Realty Group has published the Ormond By The Sea Florida Quarterly Newsletter, the “Ormond Owner's Report” for the 2nd Quarter 2018.  You will see the numbers of Ormond By The Sea Florida condos sold during the year compared to previous years along  with other business and local information.  The newsletter is on an Ocean View Realty Group dedicated web site that is used primarily for the quarterly Ormond Owners Report.

12 Condos sold in Ormond By The Sea Florida during July 2018 through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS), none of which involved a lender as a short sale or foreclosure.  There are 6 condos under contract awaiting closing.  The 12 sales is one less than as last month and the same amount as July 2017.

There are 95 homes for sale in Ormond By The Sea Florida through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors®  Multiple Listing Service (MLS) as of July 31, 2018, 6 more than the end of last month. An additional 38 homes are under contract awaiting closing. Asking prices for Ormond By The Sea homes currently for sale range from $164,499 to $1,750,000.

The inventory of Ormond By The Sea Florida homes for sale has increased the past couple of months.  There are investors waiting for the lower priced homes to come available and if homes come on the market at a reasonable price they are being sold quickly. At the beginning of 2018  there were 73 Ormond By The Sea Florida homes for sale so the inventory has fluctuated.
