We began the year with 88 condos for sale in Ormond By the Sea, Florida and as of November 30, 2010 we have 87 for sale through the Daytona Beach Area Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  There are 54 priced $200,000 or lower and 6 of those are under $100,000. Additionally, there are 27 condos under contract pending closing of which 4 involve the lender.  There are 11 condos for sale with lender involvement, either short sales or foreclosures. 

Last year at this time there were over 100 condos for sale in Ormond By the Sea, Florida.  The inventory has been reduced significantly since there were 130 for sale in November 2007.  Many owners have turned to rentals or have decided to wait until the market improves to put their condo back on the market.
