Ocean View Realty Group has published the Ormond By The Sea Florida Quarterly Newsletter, the “Ormond Owners Report” for the 3rd Quarter 2013.  You will see the numbers of Ormond By The Sea Florida condos sold during the Quarter along with other business and local information.  The newsletter is on an Ocean View Realty Group dedicated web site that is used primarily for the quarterly Ormond Owners Report.

Additionally, there are 21 homes under contract waiting closing and 6 of those have lender involvement. The highest priced home sold was a 2 bedroom 1 bath on Ocean Drive for $300,000 and the lowest priced was a 2 bedroom 1 bath on Margaret Rd. for $77,000.
