The highest priced condo sold was a 3-bedroom at Ocean Shore condo directly on the beach for $599,000 and the lowest priced was a 2-bedroom 2 bath at Ocean Shores(across the street from the beach) for $67,500.  Lenders were involved in 2 of the 121 sales as foreclosures or short sales.
