The volume of sales has been steady for a few years and values are increasing . Both of those are good indicators for the market.   The increase in days on the market may be a product of the lower inventories and market activity since condos that have been on the market longer are now selling.

Through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 27 Ormond By The Sea, Florida homes sold in June 2016, two of the sales had lender involvement, either a short sale or foreclosure. Additionally, there are 4 homes under contract waiting closing and none of those have lender involvement. The highest priced home sold was a 4 bedroom on John Anderson Dr for $621,000 and the lowest priced was a 2 Bedroom on Alamanda Dr for $136,650.
