Ormond By The Sea condo sales

One 2 bedroom Ormond By The Sea condo sold in May, 2007. It was a third floor unit at Ormond Breakers that featured a remodeled kitchen with dome ceiling and a garage. The unit was sold fully furnished. Year to date through the end of May, there have been 19 condo sales in Ormond By The Sea. That compares to 62 in 2005 and 38 in 2004. Of the 19 sales, 16 were 2 bedroom and 11 of those sold for under $230,000. Direct oceanfront 2 bedroom condos accounted for 2 sales, both under $300,000.
