In the 2005 First Quarter there were 35 sales. The average sale price for 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo across the street from the beach in January – March 2008 was $175,833. The highest price paid was $210,000 for a unit at the Direct Oceanfront Regency Plaza Condo.
