February 2009 condo Sales in Ormond By The Sea Florida

Continuing the slow sales pace there were 3 sales of Condos through the Daytona Beach Area Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in February, 2009. Two of the Sales were on the west side of A1A and the other was a direct ocean front unit at the Van Lee. The Van Lee unit sold for $260,000 and the other 2 units were sold for $160,500 and $175,000. That brings to 6 the total sales of Condos for the first 2 months of 2009. The current inventory of 107 would take almost 3 years to completely sell off at the rate of 3 per month if no new Ormond By The Sea Condos came on the market.
