The volume of sales is up and values are increasing . Both of those are good indicators for the market.   The increase in days on the market may be a product of the lower inventories and market activity since condos that have been on the market longer are now selling.

Through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 18 Ormond By The Sea, Florida homes sold in July, 2013.  Two (2) of the sales had lender involvement, either a short sale or foreclosure. Additionally, there are 42 homes under contract waiting closing and 16 of those have lender involvement. The highest priced home sold was a 4 bedroom 3 bath on John Anderson Dr.  for $460,000 and the lowest priced was a 3 bedroom 1 bath on Brooks Dr. for $67,500.
