As of August 31, 2013 we have 48 Ormond By The Sea Florida condos for sale through the Daytona Beach Area Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  There are 38 priced under $200,000 and 10 of those are under $100,000. Additionally, there are 17 condos under contract pending closing of which 4 involve a lender as a short sale or foreclosure.  There are 10 of the 48 condos for sale involving a lender, either as a short sale or foreclosure.

We began this year with 57 Ormond By The Sea condos for sale so the inventory has stayed relatively low.  There were 95 for sale at the beginning of 2011 so the inventory has been reduced dramatically making for a more balanced market.

Through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 25 Ormond By The Sea, Florida homes sold in August, 2013.  Five (5) of the sales had lender involvement, either a short sale or foreclosure. Additionally, there are 33 homes under contract waiting closing and 15 of those have lender involvement. The highest priced home sold was a 3 bedroom 3 bath on John Anderson Dr.  for $545,000 and the lowest priced was a 2 bed room 1 bath on Palmetto Dr. for $61,000.   This year was biggest sales year since 2005, showing the economy is making a comeback for this area.

October 11-13 in Daytona Beach Florida

The 2013 Daytona Beach Blues Festival is scheduled this year on Friday, October 11th through Sunday the 13th 2013.  There will be the usual pre-festival welcome party on Thursday, October 10th, 2013.

Three days of fabulous blues music performed by local and upcoming artists and featuring our own blues lady Skyla Burrell and her band, Tommy Castro and the Painkillers,The Nighthawks,Grand Marquis,Matt Hill and the Deep Fryed Two and many more.

The Friday night lineup begins(gates open at noon each day), October 11th, 2013 at 1:00-10:00 PM and continues Saturday, October 12th - 1:00 to 10:00 PM and Sunday, October 13th 1:00 to 10:00 PM.  Ticket prices are: 3 day pass is $75 (includes admission to all festival after parties)

Daily tickets are $30 each.(includes admission to the after party the night your ticket is valid)

No Festival Ticket, after party admission is $10 per night!
