An additional 22 homes are under contract awaiting closing.  As has been the case in recent months, lenders are pricing their properties more aggressively to get quicker sales.  Lenders are involved in 8 of the 99 homes for sale .  Asking prices for Ormond By The Sea homes currently for sale range from $70,000 to $1,190,000.

The volume of sales is up and values are increasing . Both of those are good indicators for the market. The increase in days on the market may be a product of the lower inventories and market activity since condos that have been on the market longer are now selling.
