Through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were nine Plantation Bay Golf and Country Club homes sold in September,2014. None of the sales had lender involvement as either a short sale or foreclosure. An additional 6 (six) Plantation Bay homes are under contract awaiting closing with none of the homes involving a lender.
