There are 56 Homes for Sale in Ormond By The Sea, Florida through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors®  Multiple Listing Service (MLS) as of June 30, 2016, 3 less than the end of last month. An additional 16 homes are under contract awaiting closing and lenders are involved in 3 of these either as a short sale or foreclosure.  Lenders are involved in 1 of the 56 homes for sale .  Asking prices for Ormond By The Sea homes currently for sale range from $164,500 to $1,695,000.

The inventory of Ormond By The Sea Florida homes for sale has stabilized, which is a good indicator that the market is back to a being more balanced between buyers and sellers.  There are investors waiting for the lower priced homes to come available and if homes come on the market at a reasonable price they are being sold quickly.  

At the beginning of last year there were 85 Ormond By The Sea Florida homes for sale so the inventory has decreased since then and is remaining low.

The inventory of condos for sale has remained relatively low only fluctuating up or down by a few over the past several months. There were 53 Ormond By The Sea condos for sale at the beginning of 2012 and 57 at the beginning of 2013.  At the beginning of this year there were 51 for sale.
