The highest priced home sold was a 4 bedroom on John Anderson Drive for $1,250,000 and the lowest priced was a 2 bedroom on Ocean Shore Drive for $147,500.

BUSINESS BRIEFS
- Lucky’s Market will be opening soon on Granada Blvd. in the former Food Lion store.
- The Daytona Zipline Aerial Adventure has reopened at Tuscawilla Park.
- Canadian Airline Sunwing will begin service to Toronto from Daytona Beach in January.
- Zaxby’s has opened at 1287 W Granada.   

LOCAL NOTES

- Florida Hospital building on A1A will be demolished.
