None of th sales had lender involvement as either a short sale or foreclosure. All of the sales were in the lower price ranges, between $150,000 and $255,000. An additional 14 Plantation Bay homes are under contract awaiting closing and 5 of those involve a lender either a short sale or foreclosure.

The 8 sales in March 2012 represents the highest volume of sales in any March since March 2004 when their were also 8 sales.
