Additionally, there are 12 homes under contract waiting closing and 9 of those have lender involvement. The highest priced home sold was a 3 bedroom 2 bath on Buckingham Dr.  for $305,000 and the lowest priced was a 2 bedroom 1 bath on Azalea Dr. for $81,100.
