Through the Daytona Beach Area Realtors Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 19 Ormond By The Sea, Florida homes sold in September, 2010. Seven of the sales had bank involvement, either a short sale or foreclosure. Additionally, there are 47 homes under contract waiting closing and 31 of those have lender involvement. The highest priced home sold was a 3-bedroom on Sea Gull Drive for $218,000 and the lowest priced was a 2-bedroom 1 bath on Roberta Rd for $49,000.

New Watering Restrictions for Ormond Beach Florida
New Watering Restrictions
Beginning November 7, 2010 new watering restrictions take effect for the 18 counties within the jurisdiction of the St. Johns River Water Management District. Watering is only allowed before 10 AM or after 4 PM and when daylight savings time ends watering is only allowed 1 day per week. Even number addresses may water only on Sunday and odd number addresses may water only on Saturday. Watering will once again be allowed 2 days per week when daylight savings time returns in March, 2011.
