Ormond By The Sea, Florida Condos for sale as of June 30, 2012  

As of June 30, 2012 we have 52 Ormond By The Sea Florida condos for sale through the Daytona Beach Area Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  There are 37 priced under $200,000 and 6 of those are under $100,000. Additionally, there are 17 condos under contract pending closing of which 8 involve the lender as a short sale or foreclosure.  There are 7 of the 52 condos for sale involving a lender , either short sales or foreclosures. 

The inventory has gone up a tick since last month when there were 47 condos for sale but the total is still well below what it was as there were 61 Ormond By The Sea Florida condos actively for sale at the end of November of last year and more than double that number in 2010.
