There are 89 Homes for Sale in Ormond By The Sea, Florida through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors®  Multiple Listing Service (MLS) as of July 31 2012.     An additional  31 homes are under contract awaiting closing.  As has been the case in recent months, lenders are pricing their properties more aggressively to get quicker sales.  Lenders are involved in 12 of the 89 homes for sale (14%) but 11, more than a third (36%), of the 31 homes under contract.  Asking prices for Ormond By The Sea homes currently for sale range from $74,900 to $1,795,000.
