The inventory has been decreased slightly since last month when there were 62 condos for sale.  There were 53 Ormond By The Sea condos for sale at the beginning of 2012 and 57 at the beginning of 2013..
Note that the directly on the beach column means that the condo building is on the beach, east of A1A, the condo unit for sale may not face the beach.

Ormond By The Sea Florida condos sold 2012Through the Daytona Beach Area Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 79Ormond By The Sea, Florida condos sold in 2012.  That total matches the 2011 condo sales which was the highest number of condo sales in Ormond By The Sea since 111 sales in 2005.  The highest priced condo sold was a 3-bedroom at the Gemini for $350,000 and the lowest priced was a 1-bedroom 1 bath at Ocean Shore for $37,000.  Lenders were involved in 13 of the 79 sales as foreclosures or short sales. Condo values in Ormond By The Sea Florida have returned to 2002 levels and appear to be holding relatively steady.
