 Sales prices are up a little and the price per square foot is also up.  Average days on the market is higher and that may be a reflection of the market activity where homes that have been on the market longer are also selling.

Ocean View Realty Group has updated the Ormond By The Sea Florida Real estate market watch page on its web site to reflect July 2014 activity.  Numbers of homes and condos for sale as of July 31, 2014  are indicated as well as the sales of Ormond By The Sea Florida homes and condos during the month of  July 2014.   Condos for sale is presented by price range and by condo name so you can look at what is for sale in any Ormond by The sea condo building.
A Quarterly analysis chart of condo sales and another for home sales is available for the 2nd quarter of 2014, along with a chart comparing the volume of sales for Ormond By The Sea Florida  homes and condos in the month to sales in the same month in prior years.   

Home and condo sales analysis information is also presented for the first 6 months of 2014 comparing 2014 to activity in recent years.
