Additionally, there are 9 homes under contract waiting closing and 1 of those have lender involvement. The highest priced home sold was a 2 bedroom 3 bath on John Anderson Dr for $570,000 and the lowest priced was a 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Palmetto Dr for $125.000.
