- Lucky’s Market will be opening soon on Granada Blvd. in the former Food Lion store.
- The Daytona Zipline Aerial Adventure has reopened at Tuscawilla Park.
- Canadian Airline Sunwing will begin service to Toronto from Daytona Beach in January.
- Zaxby’s has opened at 1287 W Granada.

Both of those are good indicators for the market. There are 107 homes for sale in Ormond By The Sea, Florida through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors®  Multiple Listing Service (MLS) as of October 31, 2018, 6 more than at the end of last month. An additional 27 homes are under contract awaiting closing. Asking prices for Ormond By The Sea homes currently for sale range from $174,000 to $2,900,000.
