Seabridge North Condominium in Ormond By The Sea, Florida, was built in 1992 by local developers’ Bob Hillman and Tyree Wilson.  Seabridge North consists of two 5-story buildings with a total of 65 units, and located across the street from the no-traffic Ormond Beach.  Each building has an elevator and all of the individual condo units run from the front of the building to the back and directly face the ocean so each condo has a view, with higher floors having a more extensive view of the beach.  Park near your entry

door to bring in groceries without having to deal with the elevator.

The Seabridge North complex has a freshwater swimming pool at the south end of the buildings and laundry facilities in each unit. There is enough parking for 2 vehicles for every unit so the lot is really never full.  Each unit has one reserved space under the carports.  Some units have garages, which are also an additional cost on the owners’ maintenance fee.  Most of the units are 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath and are approximately 936 Sq ft.  The end units and one in the middle of the north building are larger, at approximately 1110 Sq Ft.  The middle units in the south building are 3 bedrooms.

Use restrictions for Seabridge North Condo in Ormond By The Sea include:

-Trucks and trailers are not allowed on the property.  

-Owners are allowed to have small pets.

-There are no rental restrictions although units are usually rented on a weekly minimum basis.

Built in 1974, Ormond Breakers Condominium is a "U" shaped, 3 story-building surrounding the beautiful pool and courtyard area.  Ormond Breakers is directly across the street of traffic free Ormond Beach.  Enjoy cool ocean breezes from your private beachfront balcony or relax by the sparkling heated pool perched on the dunes, overlooking the ocean.  Many of the units have a garage.
