Seabridge North Condominium in Ormond By The Sea, Florida, was built in 1992 by local developers’ Bob Hillman and Tyree
Wilson. Seabridge North consists
of two 5-story buildings with a total of 65 units, and located across the
street from the no-traffic Ormond Beach.
Each building has an elevator and all of the individual condo units run
from the front of the building to the back and directly face the ocean so each
condo has a view, with higher floors having a more extensive view of the beach.

buildings and laundry facilities in each unit. There is enough parking for 2

maintenance fee. Most of the units are 2
Bedroom, 2 Bath and are approximately 936 Sq ft. The end units and one in the middle of the
north building are larger, at approximately 1110 Sq Ft. The middle units
in the south building are 3 bedrooms.
