National Association of Realtors statistics for February, 2006 show Florida home sales trailing national sales of exhausting homes. Florida sales reported by the Florida Association were 20% lower than in February 2005. There was one sale closed for Ormond by the Sea condos in February. There are currently 89 Ormond by the Sea Condos for sale in MLS.
