Ormond by the Sea Real Estate Market Analysis

Here's my take on the current Ormond by the Sea Real Estate Market. The slowdown in the current Real Estate Market has talk again about that big "Bubble" bursting. I don't see it that way. Many investors were speculating in Real Estate over the past few years due to the rapid increase in property values. What they wound up doing was to make the values increase even faster due to the demand they created. Most of the investors that were able to sell will put their profits into the stock market or elsewere now since the Real Estate Market has slowed. The Real Estate Market performed well prior to the influxs of speculators and I believe that following a "correction" that we are now experiencing properties will once again be selling. When property values are increasing quickly and properties for sale recieve multiple bids buyers have few choices. Now that things have slowed buyers have many more properties from shich to choose. Florida has no state income tax on earned personal income. Maybe that's why over 1,000 people move to Florida each day, or maybe the weather has something to do with it. There are many reasons for people to migate to Florida nad with the baby boomer generation reaching retirement age there appears to be reason to believe that the Ormond by the Sea Real Estate Market will be very strong again soon.
