Existing home sales in Florida were down in April for the 5th Consecutive month. 31% fewer homes and 37% fewer condos changed hands as compared to April of 2005. The median price of homes increased 13% to $249,700 and for condos it went up 4% to $222,900. Figures are from the Florida Association of Realtors.
