Ormond by the Sea Real Estate Sales Statistics for September, 2006
The Florida Association of Realtors reported Volusia & Flagler County sales of existing homes in September were down 43% from September, 2005. The median sales price also dropped from $224,400 in Sept. 2005 to $207,100 this September. The West Volusia Association of Realtors have 3 times the number of homes for sale thais year as last and the average days on the market has doubled.
Statewide in Florida existing single family home sales were down 34% from last September and the median price went down 1%.
