Plantation Bay Golf and Country Club in Ormond Beach Florida Homes sold in October 2013 Through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 6 Plantation Bay Golf and Country Club homes sold in October, 2013. Four (4) of the sales had lender involvement as either a short sale or foreclosure. All of the sales were in the price ranges, between $180,000 and $440,900 with 1 of the sales under $200,000. An additional 13 Plantation Bay homes are under contract awaiting closing.
