Through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 4 Plantation Bay Golf and Country Club homes sold in February,2014.  None of the sales had lender involvement as either a short sale or foreclosure.  All of the sales were in the price ranges, between $249,900 and $525,000. An additional 16 Plantation Bay homes are under contract awaiting closing with (2) two of the homes involving a lender.
